Festival Circolo is the largest circus festival in the Netherlands, it brings to the audience, accessible shows, experimental performances and everything in between. The festival provides space for new Dutch talent and it is also the meeting place for the Dutch and international circus world.

Every other year (the even ones), the circus tents of Circolo fill Tilburg’s Leijpark. For ten days, audience is welcomed for short and long shows in large and imposing or small and cosy tents. In between shows, the audience can have a drink, good food or just relax by an appealing campfire. In addition, there are challenging workshops, activities for children and special artistic circus attractions.

In the odd years, Circolo has a five-day programme in Theaters Tilburg, the NWE Vorst and the Fontys Arts University. A smaller scale and very different surroundings, but the same friendly atmosphere as the outdoor festival in Leijpark.
