The cooperative Teatro Instabile di Aosta was founded by Marco Chenevier in 2005 as a production and distribution company.
Since its beginnings, it has also been dedicated to the organisation of cultural events: the circus and street theatre festival Morg-Ex-machina, the travelling review “Le marmotte non dormono”, the “Festival di teatro di strada” in Rome.

Since 2018, the production of the shows has been transferred to another Valle d’Aosta structure (Cie Les 3 Plumes) and TiDA is involved full time in the organisation of cultural events.

Since 2016, it has been programming in Aosta, in the spaces of the Cittadella dei Giovani di Aosta, the Festival T*Danse – Dance and Technology – Festival Internazionale della Nuova danza di Aosta.

Since 2019, TiDA is also responsible for the artistic direction and programming of the Art & Culture space of Cittadella dei Giovani di Aosta.
